• Fair Play: By participating in quizzes, you agree to compete fairly. Any use of cheats, hacks, bots, or other unauthorized means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Social Media Integration

• Linking Accounts: You may link your Poptrifia account with your social media accounts to share your quiz results, invite friends, and engage with the community. By linking your accounts, you grant Poptrifia access to certain information from your social media profiles as governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Public Profiles: Your Poptrifia profile, including your username, social media links, and quiz scores, will be visible to other users. You may manage profile information in your account settings.

6. User Content

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the Service. However, by posting content, you grant Poptrifia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service.

9. Live Real-Time Scoring and Leaderboards

• Scoring System: Poptrifia features a live real-time scoring system. As you progress through each quiz, your scores update instantly, allowing you to see how you compare to others. This system adds excitement and encourages continuous improvement and participation.
• Leaderboards: After each quiz, the public leaderboard and individual profiles are updated to reflect user performance. Top-performing players are highlighted until the next quiz, fostering a sense of community and friendly competition.

10. Termination

Poptrifia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Poptrifia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poptrifia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poptrifia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
